CustomCanopy.com accepts Purchase orders for tax exempt purchases.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase orders:

Any PO over $1,000.00 has to be approved by the accounting department and requires a 10% non-refundable deposit.

Please fill out the Purchase Order Form and supply your Tax ID# (please note orders cannot be processed without the Tax ID#). Within the state of TN, please provide a Tax Exempt Certificate.

We will process the order and ship within 24-48 hours.

As soon as the item is shipped our accounting dept will send you the invoice. We offer an additional discount of 2% on the purchase if the invoice is paid within 10 days (2% 10 NET 30).

Terms are NET 30, anything over 30 days will be subject to a 2% interest and penalty rate.

Customer must agree to terms and conditions in order for HUTSHOPS, LLC to process a PO.

Purchase orders cannot be accepted for custom graphic orders. Please call 1-901-592-5006 to place a custom order.
